Custom Optical Software
Program your specific optical design, analysis, testing and calculation software or add custom features to MODAS.Custom Optical Design
Design of optical systems for visual, photographic uses or CCD imaging including:- refractors: doublets, triplets
- reflectors: all one- and two- mirrors
- catadioptrics: Maksutov, Schmidt, Houghton
- unobstructed: Schiefspieglers, Yolos
- miscellaneous: eyepices, field correctors and focal reducers
Existing Optical Design
If you have an optical design, that you intend to build but would first like to verify the performance, My Optics will perform the analysis required including:- Spot Diagrams
- Aberration Curves
- Wavefront Plots

Optimization of Existing Design
If you have builded a design, but would like to wring the maximum performance from (for example add new field corrector or reducer, change some thickness), provide it to me, and I will optimize it.Tolerancing
I will calculate a set of manufacturing tolerances to be used to build the optical system with (these include radius of curvatures, conic constants and thicknesses, etc).Shields Design (Baffles)
